Like for real. Today I’ve gone old-skool again just because I hadn’t done my hair and the studio was the easiest place to jump in to and make a quick, yet very passionate recording for you today.

This is one of the major reasons a lot of big companies are failing. When we go in to help a  company improve their sales ‘win ratios’ basically seduce more customers using our clever psychological tactics, one of the things they do is have the wrong attitude about the customers.
