Let Me Clear Something Up [Off The Record]

This is kind of off the record, by that I mean I might go ahead and delete this post in a minute (well probably within the next hour or so anyway), and I’m certainly not sending an email alert to subscribers. So just the vigilant RSSers and regular visitors are getting this (well done you!).

Last weekend I (softly) announced that I’m going to be holding this teleconference. I am very excited about it. But it’s raised a few questions, eyebrows and other things about what is really going on. So I’m going to tell you.

Something I wanted to focus on this year in all of the areas I work in, is giving more value, more insight and more ‘personal’ input. One of the ways I  can reach out to more people in a more personal way is by us jumping on the phone together.

The second reason is that I am going to be launching a very specific niche in the persuasion community that will help a specific ‘type’ of person with a particular occupation, to use the persuasion skills I’ve mastered. When it launches (pretty soon) a major part of that will be regular teleconferences. So before I start conducting these things with folks who are investing a heavy chunk, I want to make sure the technology works.

The good news is that if this technology is all out rubbish, I’ll find another provider and run another free teleconference for my trusty friends here at Mr Persuasion, to test out THAT system.

So yes, it’s a Guinna pig thing but that’s why there is no cost.

The strange thing is, this seems to have been a very popular idea…the combination of selling on the phone and the crazy price tag (FREE) has meant that instead of the Premium package of 100 phone lines on the service, I’ve had to upgrade to the ‘Professional’ package. Which means I have a LOT of phone lines that we can try to fill.

So if you know anyone who you think might benefit from selling more on the old ringer, tell them to get registered because it’s free, we have space and…it’ll make you look like a kind and considerate soul (remember reciprocity – you give and they’ll wanna give back!).

That’s right. Marketing boy here has nothing at all to pitch. I’m working on something but it’s not related to this call very much (if at all). Needless to say, there will not be a second wasted on this call with anything other than content (I might say hello ).
