Is Persuasion Manipulative? (Naming and Shaming)

I get asked if I use persuasion to manipulate other people. Truth is, in the past I have. Not proud of it, but I got found out over and over again. I learned that manipulating people always gets you caught out, and (even though I think it’s all B.S.) creates bad Karma.

I was reminded about this when a piece of advertising came through the letterbox this morning, advertising a marketing event, that is being conducted by someone who I thought was a successful marketing consultant.

In the video I name and shame, so be ready for it.
